Mr. Nikhil Gupta

Managing Director

A Chartered Accountant by profession, with over 37 years of experience in consulting, finance and leadership roles in both MNCs and Indian conglomerates. He has also been formerly associated with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Novartis India, Raychem RPG and RPG Cables. Holds Economics (Hons) from Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Merit List)

Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal

Joint Managing Director

A young and dynamic leader, Commerce graduate from Delhi University, he has a keen vision to drive BLS International to the top. He actively manages all international operations and is also instrumental in business development for new international projects.

Mr. Karan Aggarwal

Executive Director

A graduate in Finance & Management from University of Bradford, UK, and has completed the specialisation course in Finance from Harvard University. He has a decade-long experience across diversified fields and has also been involved in leading multiple organisations, such as, BLS Polymers, BLS Ecotech and BLS International. He is instrumental in setting up new subsidiaries and all their finances.

Mr. Sarthak Behuria

Independent Director

Mr. Sarthak Behuria is an alumni of St. Stephen's College, Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.

He has been superannuated from chairmanship of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, India's largest commercial enterprise. He was also Chairman (part-time) of Group Companies, Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., besides heading Indian Oiltanking Ltd., a joint venture for building and operating terminalling services for petroleum products.

Prior to Joining Indian Oil, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (2002-2005).

After completing tenure in Modi Group on 31st March, 2016, Mr.Behuria joined Adani Group on 1st April, 2016 to advice in their day-to-day activities. Mr. Behuria is heading the LNG and LPG business of the Group and will be responsible for all aspects in establishing LNG and LPG Terminals at Mundra and Dhamra. He is also responsible for coordination and interaction within APSEZ, other businesses within Adani Group and Government regarding LPG/LNG business.

Mr. Behuria had been conferred the Honorary Fellowship of Energy Institute, UK which is the highest level of professional recognition reserved for those who had made a notable and distinguished contribution to the energy industry. Mr. Behuria's expertise in India's Oil & Gas sector had been sought at many international forums. He also served the erstwhile Oil Coordination Committee of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India.

Ms. Shivani Mishra

Ms. Shivani Mishra holds a Master's degree in Commerce and has done Master's in Business Administration. She has wide experience of more than seven years in the field of Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Ram Sharan Prasad Sinha

Independent Director

Mr. Ram Sharan Prasad Sinha born in 1951. He possesses B.Sc. Engg (Electrical) and MBA (Finance) from Patna University. He also a member of ICWA and hold Law Degree from Magadh University.

He has rich experience of more than three decades in the field of Finance and Corporate Law.

Mr. Atul Seksaria

Mr. Atul Seksaria is a Chartered Accountant and Graduated from B. Com ( Hons.) from SRCC, Delhi University and served as senior partner with S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP ( Member Firm of EY Global ), Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP (Member firm of Grant Thornton) and S. S.. Kothari Mehta & Co. (Member firm of HLB International) and possesses over 35 years of diverse & rich experience in Audit & Consulting.
