• If I am travelling on a Gambia tourist visa from India, will I be able to work in the country?

  You cannot take up any kind of paid employment in the country on a Gambia tourist visa.

• What if my Gambia visa gets rejected?

  The Embassy has the final call when it comes to a Gambia visa rejection. If your application is rejected or is granted for a shorter period, the authorities’ decision is final and no refund will be issued. You are free to reapply for the visa.

• Is it compulsory to submit passport along with the application?

  Yes, the Embassy will stamp the visa in the original passport. Therefore, two blank pages are required in the passport. Your passport should also be valid for minimum six months beyond the intended stay.

• What is the difference between a single entry and multiple entry?

  One must carefully note what kind of entry is permitted. If the visa reads a single entry, its holder can only enter and leave Gambia once whereas, with multiple entries, he/she can enter or leave more than once.
