APPLICATION PROCESS WITH BIOMETRICS

Going to Hungary? Follow below mentioned steps to apply for the visa:

Step 1 – Prepare your visa application

Please fill the visa application form and arrange the documents as per the checklist.

Step 2 – Submit your visa application

You can submit your visa application at Hungary Visa Application Center. Please check the visa type section to learn about specific application procedures.

Step 3 – Payment of fee

You would be required to make the payment of visa fee, service fee & fee for optional service(s) if availed at the time of submission.

Step 4 - Biometrics enrolment

You would be required to give biometrics enrolment at the time of submission of your application in Hungary Visa Application Center.

• Children below the age of 12 years are exempted from giving biometrics
• If you have temporary injuries on your finger, you are advised to wait until your injuries have been healed.

Step 5 – Status tracking of your application

Your application will be sent to the competent authorities for decision making. The status of the application can be tracked through our website or by contacting our call center or you can avail SMS service. You will receive SMS alerts on the registered mobile number.

Step 6 – Collection of your passport

You can collect your passport from Hungary Visa Application Center where the application was submitted or opt for courier at the time of submission for delivery of your passport at your desired address.

If you wish to collect your passport from visa application centre, please bring the following documents at designated hours:

• Original receipt
• Passport photocopy
