With this integration, BLS E- Services Pvt Ltd aims to make government services more accessible and convenient for citizens by providing a user-friendly and efficient platform to access various services like [Ayushmaan Bharat, PAN Card Service, IRCTC, Recharges (Telecom, DTH, FasTag, Data Card), Bill Payments, etc]. The integration will reduce citizens time incurred and also resources in accessing essential government services without paying physical visits to government offices.

The benefits of this partnership is to ensure that UMANG services reach as many citizens as possible through agents or human-assisted platforms. NeGD has collaborated with BLS E- Services to offer major state and central e-governance services through their service delivery platforms.

With this integration, BLS E-Services platform will immediately put in force various department services which will be accessible to citizens across India in profuse regional languages.
