New rules for Tourist Visa

Please note

• ETV for one month one year five years is restored.
• Regular valid tourist visa which remained suspended since 2020 restored except for Chinese national
• 10 years visa for US and Japan nationals are restored.
• These instructions will not be applicable for Afghan nationals.
• Govt Scheme to grant visa (one month stay) to first five lakh tourists on gratis basis will continue.
• extant guidelines on quarantine and all other health/covid 19 related matter will continue.

NOTE: A foreigner can apply for a Business Visa provided she/he has been living in the territory of the Republic of Poland for more than TWO years and has a residence permit or "zameldowanie".

NOTE: Embassy of India may ask applicant to provide additional documents regarding his/her research project

• the gap between the graduation/post graduation and the commencement of the internship should not be more than one year. To prove it, please provide also your education certificate.

• A letter from the Indian company/educational institution/NGO concerned sponsoring the foreign national for the internship programme and clearly indicating the period of internship.

• In case the internship is in a Company, the foreign national being sponsored for internship should draw a minimum remuneration of Rs. 7.80 lakhs per annum.
