• 1. Application Form

  All visa applicants need to fill out the electronic visa Application form. Please print & submit it along with other required documents at our office. It is mandatory to fill out your name and signature on the last page of the application.

• 2. Invitation letter

  The invitation letter does not need to be notarized and scanned copy is sufficient for the submission.

• 3. Photograph

  The photograph should be 3.5 X 4.5 Cm size in color and the applicant must face the camera directly with a white back ground.

• 4. Confirmation of Visa Issuance

  Employment-related visa applicants must apply with confirmation of Visa Issuance

• 5. TB Test Certificate

  Compulsory to submit TB Test certificate issued from the designated hospital for a long-term visa holders and all extendable visa categories.

• 6. Financial documents

  In case of students under the age of 30, parent's financial documents, i.e. relationship proof, Employment certificate and sponsorship letter would be required. If parents are self-employed then the business proof is mandatory.

  ※ Student visa applicants need to check the visa portal before applying for a visa.

  If you cannot submit the ITR, the explanatory statement will be required

• 7. Korean Visa Portal

   Prior to contacting travel agencies, please check the Korean Visa Portal website for visa categories and requirements. (Visa Navigator)

  ※ Additional documents are required to submit at our office along with documents from the visa portal are:

  i. Cover letter

  ii. Financial documents (2 Yrs' income tax return & Last 6 months bank statement)

  iii. TB Certificate (Only for long-term and extendable visas)

• 8. Non-Resident Indian

  If the duration of your stay abroad is less than 2 years, then you are eligible to apply for a visa from Korean Diplomatic Mission in India Only, and have to be physically present at the time of submission in India.

  Any required documents issued abroad that are submitted with the visa applications, we may request an apostille done from the particular government where it was issued or (non-Hague apostille member countries) get the attestation done Indian Embassy or Consulate where you are staying. (Ex. Financial documents, Bonafide, Employment certificate, Business registration, etc)
