Final allotment of visa is on the sole discretion of the Government of the Republic of Korea.
Submission & Collection can be done personally or through registered travel agents or the representatives can come with authority letter from applicant.
No Express Visa services will be entertained after submission.
The Consulate Reserves the right to ask for additional documents other than the said given requirement.
The Consulate reserves the right to take longer visa issuance time to clear doubts if any.
Multiple visas will only be granted to applicant who have been to Korea at least four times on a business visa in the last two years or overall visit of atleast ten times.
On collection, please make sure that the details mentioned on Visa issued are accurate. If any error or discrepancy found on visa issued, kindly inform the concerned officer immediately. Otherwise a fresh application will have to be submitted for which full Visa fees will be charged.
Application once submitted for visa will not be changed to any other category.
Any query related to visa will only be assisted between Visa hours and not on phone call or email.
Application once applied for normal visa cannot be changed to express visa and vice-versa
Visa fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, in case of withdrawal of application after submission or on rejection of visa by Consulate.
