Business Visa
Overview
Business Visa is granted to a foreign national who wants to visit India to establish an industrial/business venture or to explore possibilities to set up industrial/business venture, or wants to purchase/sell industrial products in India. This Visa is granted subject to following conditions:
Document Required
- General guidelines for visa application are applicable.
- Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of 7 months at the time of issuance of visa).
- Copy of Passport.
- Two recent photographs (51mm*51mm with white background)
- Visa application form duly completed.
- Copy of Kuwaiti Civil ID card.
- Non-Kuwaitis: Salary Certificate is required.
- A letter of request from a business establishment in Kuwait. Letter should clearly state that he/she is not going for recruitment.
- Letter of invitation from Indian Company.
- Proof of financial status of the applicant or the company (Bank statement for the last three months showing sufficient balance).
Business visa for Recruitment of Manpower from India
- Visa application form duly filled in with two photographs. Passport (with one photo copy)
- Visa Application Form, duly completed.
- Letter from the company requesting visa for the applicant.
- Applicant's Kuwaiti Civil ID copy.
- Letter of Invitation from Indian company/Agency.
- Demand Letter from the recruiting company attested from the Embassy of India, Kuwait.
- Recruiting company Quota Paper and Commercial license.
- Salary offered by the company to the Indian workers (category wise) proposed to be recruited must be mentioned on the demand letter and quota paper.
- Correspondence with recruiting agent (s) (complete address, tel/fax. Numbers/Email address of the agent in India).
- List of addresses of recruitment agents in India whose services the company utilized in past or propose to utilize in near future.
Note: The applicant himself has to come for interview, if required, in the Embassy by Visa Officer.
