Employment visas are issued to skilled and qualified professionals or persons, who are engaged or appointed by companies, organizations and economic undertakings as technicians, technical experts, senior executives etc. The maximum validity of Employment Visa is one year.

General guidelines for visa application are applicable,
Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of 7 months at the time of issuance of visa).
Copy of Passport.
Two recent photographs (51mm*51mm with white background)
Visa application form duly completed.
Copy of Kuwaiti Civil ID card.
A copy of the contract signed with the employer in India or a letter regarding the offer of appointment in India.
Letter from Company/Sponsor.
NOC from MHA and MEA regarding Tax related documents is to be submitted.
In case of same company transfer, Letter from company in Kuwait and Indian Company is required.
