Driving License

Documents Required:

1.) Driving License for light vehicle

Original and valid Driving License. Details of Indian driving licences may be verified on Parivahan Sewa portal (https://parivahan.gov.in/rcdlstatus/?pur_cd=101) using the Indian Driving Licence number and date of birth of the licence holder.
Duly filled Affidavit in duplicate. (Form Filling services are available in the BLS center)
Original Passport of the applicant.
Copy of driving license. (Photocopy services are available at the BLS center)
Copy of Passport and Civil ID of the applicant.
Sponsor Civil ID copy in the case of 20 Number Visa.

2.) Driving License for heavy vehicle

Original and valid Driving License. Details of Indian driving licences may be verified on Parivahan Sewa portal portal (https://parivahan.gov.in/rcdlstatus/?pur_cd=101) using the Indian Driving Licence number and date of birth of the licence holder.
Duly filled Affidavit in duplicate. (Form Filling services are available in the BLS center)
Original Passport of the applicant.
Copy of driving license. (Photocopy services are available at the BLS center)
In case the applicant asks for Heavy Driving License – there should be an Employment Contract letter from the company which should be duly attested by Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Copy of Company’s Registration License (Etamatokiya).
Copy of Passport and Civil ID of the applicant.
