Passport Fee

Following are the fee for different Consular Services that an applicant needs to pay at the BLS International India Consular Application Center.

--Attestation Services-- Afidavit for Recent Photograph Affidavit for Sponsorship Certificate for Marriage (Bilingual) Specimen Affidavit to be Declared/Affirmed by Parents of the Minor Life Certificate for Pensioners Affidavit for Transfer of Residence Rule Affidavit for Emergency Leave Registration of Death of an Indian National Driving License (Bilingual) Relationship Certificate (Bilingual) - one person Relationship Certificate (Bilingual) - more than one person Procedure for attestation of Educational Bonafide Certificate (per page) One and same certificate General Power of Attorney : One signatory General Power of Attorney : Two signatory Attestation of Translation (per page) Attestation of Degree and Mark Sheet (per page) Attestation of Commercial Documents(per page) General Attestation of Documents (per page) Re issue of International Driving Permit(IDP)

Note:

• Fees will be accepted in cash . Administrative service charge on the total billed amount will be levied for payments made using the Debit or Credit card.
• Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) on passport services is KD 0.750 charged by embassy in addition to passport fees.
• The BLS Service charge for consular application processing is KWD 1.000
• All Fees are non-refundable.
