Original Passport is required and original old passport also.

If a 'One and the Same' certificate is required to match the name on the Degree Certificate and Passport, the original Degree Certificate, attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, must be submitted.
For married women who have changed their name in the passport after marriage, resulting in a mismatch between the name on the passport and the education certificate, the marriage certificate or all documents submitted during the name change process for the passport are required.
Acceptance of application is subject to approval from the Mission.
